.About a year ago, you sent us the attached letter in which you expressed your commitment to the Comverse Global Leadership Development program.
At that time, (after two years of work) my team and I were still in the process of “marketing”the concept and idea to our senior management. We were convinced that our “product” is of the highest standards, and that the necessity of such a program is unquestionable. However, it took us an additional year (total of 3) to get to the point where, with the blessing of Company’s new management, we finally kicked -off the program.
I am writing this mail - to share with you, personally, my impressions from Erez Almogi and the Blanchard team.
Over the past years, throughout endless “ups and downs” – Erezhas been a true partner. I find his tenacity and patience (not to mention his negotiation skills…), remarkable. I assume that many vendors would “loose interest” in such a long, and often frustrating, journey. He, on the other hand, became our ally.
My team and I have the pleasure of working with some of the Blanchard faculty members (Fay Kandarian is leading us with professionalism and dedication) and we are impressed by their level of expertise and commitmen
I have been waiting for a year to send you this mail (wanted to do it only after the program starts) and it is a pleasure sharing such feedback with you.
We are only beginning the talent development process at Comverse, but it looks like a promising start. I will be happy to share my feedback with you again at the end of this first program."
